Luxembourg referendum rejects giving foreign nationals the vote

Voters in Luxembourg overwhelmingly ruled out in a referendum on Sunday giving the vote to foreign nationals who make up almost half the population, according to partial results.
Almost 78 percent of voters in the tiny European country said "No" to giving foreigners full voting rights, according to results from 91 polling stations.
